This policy explains how Thirty Four Ltd ("we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use this website or contact us. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

• Enquiry details: name, email, phone, postcode, property type, window details, preferred contact method and any message.
• Photos you choose to upload of your windows or property.
• Source information: the page you enquired from and campaign tags (such as UTM or Google click IDs).
• Technical data: basic information your browser sends, and cookies as set out in our cookie policy.

3. How and why we use it (lawful basis)

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey and provide a quotation — steps prior to entering a contract at your request.
• To carry out work you have ordered — performance of a contract.
• To keep business and tax records — legal obligation.
• To understand how people find us and improve our service — legitimate interests.
• Analytics and marketing cookies, and any marketing emails — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the business (website hosting, database and email providers, and accounting software), under contracts that require them to protect it, or where required by law.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or approved safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not proceed are deleted within 24 months. Customer records are kept for 6 years after the work is completed to meet tax and legal requirements.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, email hello@thirtyfour.co.uk. We will respond within one month.

8. Security

Your data is stored securely with access restricted to authorised staff. Uploaded photos are kept in private storage and are not publicly accessible.
