Window Film for Privacy

Privacy film is often misunderstood. This guide explains the difference between daytime reflective film and frosted film so you choose the right one.

One-way film is about light, not magic

Reflective and one-way films work on relative light levels. In daylight, when it is brighter outside, they limit the view in. After dark, when a room is lit inside, the effect reverses, so curtains or blinds may still be needed for night-time privacy.

Frosted film for full-time privacy

Frosted film obscures in both directions at all times, but you lose the clear view out where it is applied.

How it works

Send us photos and a few details. We discuss what you want the film to achieve, survey and measure suitable glazing, then professionally install the approved film internally, finishing with cleaning, care instructions and handover.
